What is the consensus on the 40 Grain Mini-Mag Segmented Hollow Point?

The report has varied across rounds in the same lot and groupings have been much larger than expected in the same pistols that shoot CCI SV and other loads into very small groups.

CCI Minimags, CCI standard velocity and Aguila Super Extra HV. I’ve had excellent results with Aguila.

These 4 work in all of my 22s, so its what I buy.

    CCI Minimag
    CCI Standard Velocity
    Aguila Super Extra
    Blazer

The worst from a price-to-performance ratio I have experienced is the Norma-Tac 22. God that shit was so greasy and not accurate at all in any of my 22s. Definitely got suckered into buying them because I remember hearing that Norma made good ammo

I still have a few hundred rounds left... and some of them with sub $2 price stickers on them.

Same here, once they went out of production I got afraid to shoot them except when hunting. They last a long time used that way, and boy do they hit hard.
