Man I have fat fingers.
I have seen both my processing speed and transitions become faster. The lack of recoil has not bothered me and it has carried over to live fire for me.
I treat it as elevated dry firing because I don't have the discipline to dry fire the amount I should.
Some friends have it and showed it to me - I can see the benefit to it as an addition to actual dry fire, especially if the "grip" matched what you actually shot.
I'm not quite sold on it from an admin handling/reloading perspective.

As you already know I use it. I am at around 110,000 "rounds" now. I still use regular dry fire 2-3 times a week for basic gunhandling, draws, reloads, certain dry fire drills like the greybeard actual 3.45 drill, etc. I use ACE 2-3 times a week and attempt to make at least one of those sessions mostly movement stages. I am not a gamer and had to buy the Quest 3 just for this, but I have found it to be worth it.
My incoming p365xl grip
It is interesting the smaller handset def makes it harder vs the larger one. Messing up fundamentals is punished harder. Esp distance shots and rapid fire.

I just got one on Sunday. I've put a lot of time through mine in the past few days. I'm very convinced at this point that I will come out of the offseason 15-20% better than regular dry fire alone. It does an excellent job of holding my attention though dry fire sessions and the leaderboard keeps me motivated to keep pushing the intensity.
I will use it a lot and see what happens.
If you're not going to learn to use the front sight properly, don't bother with it. If pointing the gun, screaming "Ahhhhh!" and cranking on the trigger is all you can learn to do, work on doing that safely. -ToddG
