I especially wouldn't pay extra for cleaned and polished when it comes to rifle cases. If the primers were left in when wet tumbling cases you could realistically expect some primers to stick pretty tight in primer pockets, this often results in "ringers" in the primer pockets. "Ringers" are the remains of primers that had their face and anvil detach from the rim of the primer that was stuck in the pocket. This leaves you with a case that will not accept a new primer until the ringer is removed. The problem is that most cases like 223/5.56 aren't worth the effort to save.
