    Percentage calculator

Is one available for those who aren't USPSA members?

Local club is mixing in classifiers and folks want to know how they fare nationally, without coughing up the $60 to fund the shenanigans.

As in computing your hit factor and classification percentage as a function of the classifier and your net time?

Maybe…I constructed such a spreadsheet, circa 2022, when I was planning to make it to A class. It’s a bit out of date but I am pretty sure of the basic construct.

If this is of interest, lemme know, I’ll go dig it up and post some screen shots. If that looks viable, I can make it public via my Google drive, and you can tinker with it.

It would have to be tied into current standings. Some stages are from this year.

USPSA periodically updates the high hit factors for classifiers. The best way to get a current percentage for each classifier is to have someone join, and use the percentage calculator on the app or website, or ask a member there at the match to calculate a percentage for you.

I’m expired currently and it still allows me to use the org’s calculator that George linked. So you may only need A membership number, not necessarily a currrent paid one.

My membership expired in 2022, but it appears I also can still access the classification calculator using my member id.

In case of interest, or for anyone else, this is what a portion of it looks like. This table is for CO only, and just A and B (what I was interested in at the time) so it would take a bit of work to update. But to be honest if it’s a onesie twosie thing probably easier to go get the % with a member number and your hit factor.

I’ve often thought putting the HFs on the WSB would be really useful. That way you’d know what HF you’d need to score for the classification % you are going for.

LOTS of data here. Just look through the classifiers and see where about their HF would land

I shot 24-01 on Thursday with a 7.3825 HF using a P30 v1 with irons from an ALS, curious how it stacks up.
