    If you google "gripkeeper," there is someone out there who is making something like this. There are even options where just enough of the frame is still present to mount an RDS. I don't really like the added resistance part of it, but it is the one thing I've found that is only a grip without having to chop a blue gun. However, you are still at the whims of the TSA. I've been in the EU for a little while and have just been doing what clusterfuck suggested. Basically, hand and eye dry practice.
