Deeper mag pouches

Is there an option for a deeper aiwb pouch? I'm looking for the standard one with the monoblock.

More specifically I'm looking for a .45 1911 mag pouch that would lower a 10round mag down to be the same height as the normal pouch.

I am not Tony, and I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are asking for, but the "High-Ride Single Pistol Mag Pouch" may be an option:

I don't use one for a 1911, but the one I have for Glock mags will bury a 24rd 9mm mag almost as deep as a G17 mag, if you take the internal magazine depth "stop" out:



I'm sure @Tony Mayer can answer the question if the same pouch for 1911 mags buries the 10rd ones as deep, but I'd hazard a guess it will.

I'd confirm with Tony that it'll bury the mag deep enough for you before ordering... but I'd guess it will. If it doesn't he can probably make you one, albeit with a slightly longer lead time.

I use mine with 17rd Glock mags, mostly for the extra length that helps "tuck" the mag into the AIWB "crease"... I found the optinal foam pad wasn't necessary for comfort or concealment, YMMV.

Question has been asked and answered, but for others who may run across this in a search or something...

The Snake Eater Tacitcal IWB mag pouch can be made to ride very low on the belt and has a bonus of being able to be used OWB too.

The two negatives to this is: it's elastic it'll wear out eventually and, very hard to reinsert the mag. Other than that, I'm a big fan of these for EDC
