    If it’s semi auto and has a detachable mag, it can’t have any other features…flash hider, brake, exposed threaded bbl, pistol grip etc etc

    That’s correct. As long as the bbl is 16” still.

    Did I see that these are $3k?

    One would have to either have their ffl weld on a protector or have them ship it to someone who will.

    Yeah they’re around $3k which I think is way too high for me. If I was stuck having to comply with a semi-auto rifle ban, I’d probably reconsider though.

    I’m betting these are just as heavy, and shoot as poorly as my current MCX. I wouldn’t bother.
