    Mountain Gun

I don't know if there's any interest, maybe too pricey but, it certainly caught my eye.

The gun has been customized a bit, including a new front sight and numbered charge holes at a minimum. Finish is a little rough. Probably a good shooter, but I think it is overpriced for what it is. I recently paid about the same money for a mint .41 magnum MG, which is a much rarer animal than this one.

It looks like someone has "Monkeyed With" the Finish a little bit--Cant tell if they tried to "Polish" it or went over it with Scotchbrite pads to "Touch Up" the brushed finish, but something looks off there...Also noticed the aftermarket Overtravel Stop in the back of the Trigger--Makes me wonder if it's had any Action Work done to it...

Nice gun. I think it's priced a tad too high. I think I paid $1200 for my .45 colt mountain gun last year.

Looks like the chambers are chamfered too. I would like to get a good look at the bolt notches on the cylinder. They have a history of getting deformed with hard use. I would want a detailed history of the gun, number of rounds fired and any work that has been done.
