    Their lights are made in China, but they are a US owned company. Holosun is Chinese made and Chinese owned.

    Thanks, I had seen the "X" rechargeable part, but hadn't seen anything about the new head.

    That is what I thought. Personally I care a lot more about where something is made than where the owners/shareholders live.
