PX4 - .45 and 9mm slide differences?

Are the slide dimensions of the .45 and 9mm PX4 different?

I ask because I'm trying to install new decocking levers on a full sized .45 PX4 and they end up being so tight they can't be moved. The same ones work fine on a compact 9mm PX4 though. All I can think of is that the slide is a little bigger for the .45, so they end up tighter... I haven't seen anything anywhere that says they won't go on a .45 though.

I have carry levers on my 45 and the fit and work fine.
