if you really want that AFR holster, you can try going directly to the Bulman Gunleather website. It won't have the AFR logo and I assume they don't get a cut of your purchase.

I have that holster for my LCR 32 and I think it's pretty good. It's secure, I've never had an issue when pulling the revolver from the pocket. I will say, if this concerns you, that the kydex has a couple pinch points that have burnished the anodized finish on my LCR's frame a little bit. Now that I've seen the Bulman website again, I'm reminded they make one in leather and I want to give that a try...but they make it to order and they don't explicitly confirm they make it for the LCR? I'm digressing, tho.

I’m expecting any Kydex holster to damage the finish so I’m not going to get too upset about it.

Finally got to shoot my 632 today. I can say while the sights are easy to see I am not a fan of the huge gap in the back sight. The dot needs to be really buried in there to shoot to point of aim. While the gun is accurate its hard to be precise. I understand that a j-frame is not a match gun, but I feel it would be much more capable with a fiber optic front and a tighter rear sight. It seemed to really like the mag tech 32 long hollow points and the high desert wadcutters in both 32 long and 32 mag. The round nose flat point mags also did really well along with the 100 grain hollow points. Besides the sights the grip was horrible, the VZs while comfortable are too slick. I have a set of hamreforge grips that are on my 442 that I will move over to this gun to continue the vetting process. I experienced no issues with the gun functioning and .32 in any flavor was super comfortable to shoot. I did notice that federal punch and hornady FTX did not see to be as accurate as the high desert stuff or the magtech. I put about 100 rounds through it, now that I have the hamreforge grips I plan to put a whole lot more. I will be ordering more of the high desert rounds and sticking to those from here on out.

I got a quick-ship AIWB holster from JMCK with DCC clips and called it good.

Fresh back from the Factory, my original 432-UC retrofitted with a new Ti cylinder. Comes in at just about 11.36 oz. on the scale without the Hamre Forge grips.

I didn’t know they were offering Ti cylinders as a factory service for steel cylinder guns. That’s cool.

Whoa- I bought a whole other gun to get the Ti cylinder.
So retrofitting from S&W is a thing?

I got the idea and contacted S&W customer service- they advised it was a thing and I sent the revolver to the factory around the third week in March. It was returned yesterday, including the original steel cylinder. Cost was around $160.
