We could isolate Russia totally from the world and maybe they could apply for membership after 2000 years.

Pretty neat design. It relies on the copper jacket to provide the "expansion". With .380, you have non-expanding stuff on one end that penetrates deeply enough, and then you have the stuff that expands but stays too shallow. It seems like the best designs for .380 are this hollowpoints that expand minimally. I've kind of settled on the 90gr XTP for that reason, but this one seems to be a decent choice too.

Hyrdrashok Deep makes .38 Snubs, .380, and now even .32 ACP much more viable or at least decent for self-protection if those are someone's carry choices. Certain .32 H&R lighter JHP loads 75 grain Double Tap & 85 grain Federal could also perform relatively well. (trying to find testing from DT 60 grain that is now out there, 75 grain seems to have dried up). Certainly certain SWC or FWC will penetrate deep enough, but there are loads that will expand decently in all of these calibers and get at least 10.5" Penetration in 4 Layer Clothing or 2 layer Denim, with the .38/.380 Deep going past 13" of Organic Gel Penetration.
