Re-tightening Staccato Grip Module Trigger Guard Screws

Just lost one of these on my C2 and have ordered a fastener parts set for the grip module. Torque spec is 12 inch-lbs with Loctite 242. I'll call Staccato tomorrow, but wondering if the normal maintenance program calls for a remove, clean threads, and replace activity at some sort of interval. The C2 is my carry gun and hasn't seen very many rounds; OTOH there is very little thread engagement on the tiny 4/40 screws.

Whenever I clean my 2011 Open guns, I check those. Previously, I lost a number of them.
Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.

    That's where I was headed - thanks.

On my 1911’s I’d always check grip screws, especially when I was running slimline grips with minimal thread engagement. Just part of the routine.
