It’s been a rough month for Motorsport history with the passing of Don Schumacher, Roland Leong, Gil De Ferran, too.
When I was in high school a friend of mine's father (Waddell Wilson) was the engine builder for the team he raced for. I got to briefly meet him a couple times. He came across as a very cool and laid-back guy.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
It's a really small wold. My Father had 1947 Ford pick up that he loved and I am pretty sure that Mr. Wilson built the engine that he put in it. He was alway pretty happy that the motor was built by Cale Yarborough's engine builder. It was done in mid 80s.Originally Posted by DC_P
