Lake City - No Longer Allowed to Sell Commercial Ammo?

Is there any truth to this, I can't seem to recall reading about this here but it seems to be a possibility especially as prices of 5.56 goes up for FMJ loads.

Already been confirmed to be false.
My posts only represent my personal opinion and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or official policies of any employer, past or present. Obvious spelling errors are likely the result of an iPhone keyboard.

Thank you, that is great news on many fronts. I am curious how it's been proven false, as in a source if you have one?

“The Truth About Guns” is normally anything but.

They are a constant source of bad info that occasionally get something right out of pure luck.

You may well see ammunition price increases but it will be due to purely economic factors. Particular to rifle ammo, the nitro cellulose used in most rifle powders is in high demand for Artillery shells, which are apparently more profitable than small arms ammunition.
