My carry gun is a Gen5 Glock 19 MOS I’ve had for 4-1/2 years. It’s got 3,405 rounds through it. Gun is stock other than FCD plate, RM06 Type 2, and 10-8 irons. About a month ago I found the battery to be dead. I removed the RMR, installed a new battery, and re-torqued the screws such that my paint witness marks re-aligned. Dot perfectly co-witnessed with the irons so I rolled with it until I got a chance to confirm on paper, which happened today. I shot a 98/100 on a 25yd B8 after putting 5 on a 1” paster at 7yd for warmup. In short, the RMR returned perfectly to zero. Sample of one and all that, but alleviates a lot of the concerns over a bottom entry battery.
