I added an NDZ Performance XL size aluminum backstrap to my P365 XL Macro today, and the grip is close enough to ideal for *my* hand size. It only adds .060" over the thickness of the large Sig OEM backstrap, but I think the NDZ XXL backstrap would probably be just a little to thick for me. Also, the aluminum NDZ XL backstrap weighs 1 ounce more than the Sig large backstrap. I think between NDZ Performance, FDEZ WERX and the OEM backstraps, most people can get their OEM Macro grip frame dialed in for their hand size if the Wilson Combat Macro grip frame isn't close enough to ideal for them. The overall grip texture could have just a little more bite, but it's good enough for me, so other than adding UNK's or Armory Craft's larger manual thumb safety to my pistol when they become available, my pistol is complete.

It’s about the same size as the factory base plate but it’s rounded in the back instead of having the squared off corners of factory baseplate - this helps a significant amount for me.
