It’s happened two times on wildland fire assignments where I roll into the first mid morning tapping the kidneys to be unable to find the fly on my boxers. Boxers on backwards.

Getting dressed on the ground in the cold dark of some field somewhere.

Hope the commute home wasn’t bad.

If this was pre-coffee and you were packing a Hi Power or 1911, you'll get a pass. A lot of things may be overlooked if the transgressor was packing God's gun...

It was and I was, so there is that. However, God's Gun wasn't chambered in the Holy Caliber, but rather the Euro trash .380 Long Rifle. I suppose I'll have to say a few hail John Moses' in contrition.

Dieudonné Saive sure did design a great pistol, including giving us the, now ubiquitous, detachable staggered (aka "double stack") magazine, in a handgun.

    So.....it's a mash-up of the two?

Ninth grade I had a Western Civilization teacher named Mrs. Jacobs. She was affectionately referred to (behind her back) as Mrs. J-Cups!

Well one day she told us, "class I don't know how I did it. I work my slippers to school today." Of course me being Little Johnny and sitting in the back said, "you can't see your feet."
