Makes me wonder if the updates will have anything to do with reliably handling a wide variety of ammo. My understanding is that the 10mm guns are good out of the box with the common .40-ish factory loads, but not so much with the hotter stuff that's close to original specs.

The finger grooves didn't line up for me with the G29 I used to own. Once I had them removed it helped me hang onto that little pocket cannon.

If you do a search using "Glock PA295S201" you will pull up several Firearm Dealers that list the Gen5 G29, as the one below.

Glock wants you to buy one of each.

    Makes sense. I do have a G26 and a MOS G26.

BUT STILL - my desire for a non-MOS G30.5 is undeniable. If @Lost River buys one & starts running his +P 250gr'ers through it, I'm probably sunk.
That would be a lot of firepower in a G19 sized package for sure!

I'm completely out of the Glock game now (except for an engraved pistol from one of my old teams that I'll never part with), BUT, a Gen5 G30 MOS might pull me back in. Because I still have an ammo can full of .45ACP JHP and nothing to launch them through...

There is always 45 Super and 450 SMC ammunition if you're brave enough to try it in a G30.
