Mossberg 590 shockwave 410

I’m hoping defender tactical comes out with a mag cap tri-rail.
They have one for the 20 gauge already so fingers crossed.

Spurred by the discussion in another thread and medical limitations which mean I will never put a shotgun to my shoulder/cheek again, I visited my local Academy Sports who had one of these things and took the display unit home with me.

I got one of the pic rails for the top of the receiver and mounted a Holosun 407CO which is a really good choice for me for a rig like this. When I bring the thing up to face level in front of me the dot is right there.

That is pretty damn cool and the fact they thought of including the front sight is really helpful. I will have to have one of those at some point.

I think the cosight would be pretty much perfect on the little 410.

I'm still working on running my 12g Shockwave without smacking myself in the face. A slightly extended forward push is working well so far, but I can definitely see a need for a .410 version in my (probably near) future.

I couldn't find the original post from TC on this, but I assume someone has tried this particular CoSight unit? Reading their website it sounds quite functional.
