Revamped PK380?
Their ad agency should be fired. I gave up, about halfway through the ridiculous, promotional video. Wonder why they didn’t make it optic ready, something about DA/SA and room for the plate?
Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.
Just my free $.02 but there seems to be a minor trend of, outside of service-sized products, releasing the non-optic model, waiting for buyers to concede and purchase, and then dropping the RDO version a few quarters later.
And agreed, the whole John Wick and Sicario-ish marketing vibes need to go away.
I didn't watch the video, but based on the graphics, I was assuming we were supposed to be thinking, "Bond. James Bond."
I also assumed that the slide-mounted safety might be occupying real estate that would have been needed for a dot, but PNWTO could be onto something, too.
I’m not sure how to embed a video from my phone.

Looks like the PK380.
No slide stop/lock and you have to manually decock. A seriously flawed design for such a gun.
Most underwhelming release of the 2020's. Not optics ready in 2023? Hard f'in pass, homie.
Like many small guns will it run with extra weight on the slide?
Maybe it is aimed at posers and not true TT operators?
One doesn't need more than 15 seconds of that promo video to understand they're echoing the Casino Royale fight scene. Right down to the Daniel Craig-esque haircut and the pistol sliding on the floor.
Hard pass. But I suspect most folks who frequent P-F are not the target audience.
