77gr Bonded TOTM...

What happened to this projectile? It was around 15 years ago as part of a skunkworks style project that spawned mk318 mod 0 sost...and nothing ever came of it. Why? Is it shelved somewhere that it could be brought back to life? It would make an amazing hunting round (likely a bit penetrative for LE use).

Tactical Open Tip Match. TOTM was the initial working name of the SOST round and this initial version of SOST was manufactured with a bonded core.
