Inspired from the carbine basic thread. New to rifles, if anyone has suggestions for or what they use to record their data I would love to hear it.
Thanks in advance,

I'd love to hear about this, too. I have stuff from storm tactical, and when I try to use it I feel like my 1 year old trying to color inside the lines...
The answer, it seems to me, is wrath. The mind cannot foresee its own advance. --FA Hayek Specialization is for insects.

I went with this, and basically built a custom one for my .308 bolt gun.

I liked be able to tailor the pages to exactly what I wanted. I could also build a different dope book for each rifle - one for the .223 and another for the .308. And as I build my SPR clone, I can make yet a different book for it.
One thing I did do, was to get the heavy 120-pound paper at Staples, and use the copier at work. That was a lot easier than trying to print directly on my home printer. It (HP Laserjet 1200) just would not feed the stiff heavy paper well.
Have a look at Storm Tactical Data books they do a few and they are very good.
