Is there a pending motion to dismiss, that was filed by the defendant(s)? My knowledge of civil law is EXTREMELY limited, but its my understanding parties will ask to stay discovery until the court rules on any motion to dismiss.

@DMF13, ja it appears there was a motion to dismiss in February, still pending, at least according to the docket.

Remarkable how quiet the usual suspects have been since this case was dismissed.
I put this in the Arnburg thread, but yes, it appears the judge ruled on this and the case is closed.
