And while we're at it, I've never been an Elvis fan, and while I think Willie Nelson is a national treasure of rare genius I loathe his recording of Always on My Mind, I think the Pet Shop Boys' version of that song is fabulous.

Not quite a cover as it was a tribute and not better than the original but a great performance.

Best Zepplin cover band, and their own stuff was the songs of high school for me.

My ECQC class had a lawyer, from Florida if I recall named Roland. @SouthNarc mentioned Roland the Headless Thompson gunner. I mentioned that I loved Warren Zevon, but I thought his songs were a little formulaic...

Roland and I were paired up for an evolution for MUC, and Roland walked up aggressively with failing hands and asked me for my phone number.
