Same here. Hit and miss. Mostly miss. Won’t load. Times out. Says server not responding.

I'd be curious if anyone else can try changing their DNS server as I did. Since I went from Open DNS to Google's DNS yesterday morning, not one single issue accessing the site. And it was hell for me previous to the swap.
Be careful what you wish for. You might get it.

Only a few minutes of experience after switching to Google but site seems much snappier. No sluggishness...
Will leave things as is for the day and check back here with results later..

    Seems promising..

    For reference: https://developers.google.com/speed/...dns/docs/using

    Thanks, B. That's encouraging news.

It's made a huge difference here, as I say. I hope more members will try it. It literally takes only a minute to do.

Did you change it on your router or specific device (ie PC/tablet/phone)?

I've been having the lag issues and errors similar to others, I have my router set to Google for DNS 8.8.8.8 & alternate also google 8.8.4.4

But if you changed your DNS settings it would have forced a DNS refresh, so issue might simply be DNS related and that helped because it forced a refresh?

I'm guessing, I'm more of hobbyist than true Sys Admin.

    Router for me... WAN settings..
Don't forget to click "Apply" if you have that option...
Otherwise, I think you need to reboot the router... I can reboot via software (click to reboot) or flip the switch and count to 30... YMMV

My router SW config page looks like this..

I only changed it on my chromebook. The local device is all that was required. I don't even know how to mess with my router competently.

I’ve not been on much this week (took a new job in management…), but it’s been running great for me this weekend so far, so maybe the upgrade’s done the trick!

PF times out on my cell phone, but loads fine on my chromebook.
