While I don't post a lot (try to stay in my lane and learn), is their a site, such as Facebook or Instagram that may indicate a site down issue instead of me just assuming I'm a technotard?

Last 2 days the site has been inaccessible for me…..very frustrating.

When I talked to my internet provider on Sunday (I knew it wasn't them) they had some pretty lame questions. Remember I'm on their website in chat mode.
1) IP. We aren't showing any outages in your area. Me. I'm not chatting with you about that. I have internet.
2) IP. Have you tried a reset on your router? Me. Yes.
3) IP. What model is your router? Me. You installed it. Maybe you already know.
4) IP. Are all of the cables plugged in? Me. I'm on the internet now on your website.
5) IP. Can you run a speed test? OK. 21 Mbps. IP. We see 18 Mbps here.
15 minutes later I get to chat with a technician who tells me I don't have fiber in my area but that's all they can offer for a higher speed. It's coming.

Site wouldn't even load for me for the last 3 days.
When I checked it said it was up so I thought it was my download speed. That's just plain weird. I don't have any problems on any other sites though. Some load a little slow but I eventually get on.
P-F has been hanging up on me routinely once I'm on in the past several weeks.
