Aholster Backbone, tin snips, Dr Scholl's, velcro.

I may have cracked the code. The "hook" on the holster was sub optimal in numerous ways. Snip, snip. The gel insoles are very grippy in the pocket and comfortable against the thigh. The velcro allows for cant adjustment in the pocket. The end result stays put, super thin, and adjustable for different pocket profiles.

OP, could you elaborate a bit on how you're using the Velcro. Looks like the fuzzy side is on the holster. Are you mounting hook portions in your pockets?

Not the OP, but they’re doing the same thing that we do for mounting wedges, including Dr schols wedges to holsters. Loop Velcro on the holster, hook Velcro on the wedge (Dr schols) then slap the two together.

    Coserman,

    Not OP
While I still use velcro for junk carry pillow type wedges I have gone to hot glue for dr. Scholls style holster pads, quicker, cheaper (assuming you or your significant other already owns one)and better.
