Thread: Is this a Triple Lock?

Very neat revolver and likely with an interesting history.

A refinish to blue and the King's sights like the Amoskeag gun would be about perfect.

Whether you leave it as is or have it modified into something more suited to your liking, it's a cool gun.

I enjoyed the comments in your "blue" thread where you addressed the doucheyness.

Thanks man I went out of my way to be nice. Not my house, just a visitor.

I would leave it as is. It was modified with purpose in mind. Nickle finish is not popular now but it was the original rust resistant finish. Enjoy it.

Agree, and really wish that one could talk.

Congrats SouthNarc on a great score, and thank you for saving a piece of America.

Yeah, but they're aware of it.

For what it's worth, I'm voting with the "leave it as is" crowd. To me it's got the look of a serious business piece from another era. I like it, a lot. I'd be on the lookout for some cool period correct grips (and maybe a grip adapter to go along with them) but that's as far as I'd go.

He has to wait for the check to clear and then for the shipping.
