I have never seen that happen on Pistol-Forum, but when it occurs on other sites, clearing the browser cache and history usually corrects the issue.

I'll second Chance's advice on this one. A great troubleshooting step for situations like this one is to try loading the page in another web browser like Chrome or Edge; if the site in question loads properly on the second browser then clearing cache will almost certainly fix whatever issue is causing the observed problem.
