    Reloading for Springfield emissary

Dillion 750xl. Dillion 45apc dies. Dillion cartridge gage. Lee factory crimp die.
    Problem!
I can’t seem to build a cartridge that chambers right in the emissary .45
All my specs are good by Lyman manual. Chambers in Dillion gage. Chambers fine in Glock 21 and m&p 45.
Empty case chambers fine. Below Lyman length specs on case length by .005” and oal. Using acme 230 gr rn poly coat bullets.
Two different factory rounds chamber good. Within .002 of what I build.
    Help anyone?

I have had lots of reloads fail to fully chamber in my case gauge. All worked fine in my pistols.
You didn't specify the brass you are using. Have you checked rim diameter/thickness on the rounds that don't chamber? Some interaction with the extractor in your gun would be my guess. That's the only thing that comes to mind right now.

The dizzying variety of RN bullet ogives are incredible. Both of the posts above say the same thing, it sounds like your bullets may be seated too long for your exact bullet profile. Where did you come up with your bullet seating depth info? At the same time, what is that dimension?
