I have every bit of confidence that should the Republicans win the next Presidential Election, the Left will be right back to accusations of electronic vote fixing.

Not really a joke, it's true.

I'm one of those weird moderates that wants a Gov't that stays out of everyone's paycheck, spirituality, gun safe, pants, bedroom, and data/online activity.
Both sides want full control of my paycheck and my data. The Republicans want to control my pants and my bedroom, and the Dems want to control my spirituality and my gun safe.
Makes me dislike and distrust them both quite a bit. The Dems IMHO are more damaging to the whole that is the USA these days, but the Republicans have been responding by racing them to rock bottom.

The MSM of all flavors have spun into profit-driven propaganda factories.

The legal system has been hijacked by politics. Despite the hard work of lot of very good LEO's trying to save it, once anything hits a courtroom the result is very rarely anything resembling justice. My opinion. But when the usual results destroy the life of an otherwise honest person, but is just another Tuesday to repeat criminals, the system is broken.

I also find it abhorrent that any one company could be so involved in such a critical government process, regardless of how trustworthy or secure that company might think itself to be - or more specifically in this case of this thread topic - how might be able to defend itself from an antagonist or accuser in a courtroom.

You’re 100% correct! We live in a era where neither party is willing to accept defeat..If, for example, Trump wins the election again, I fully expect a repeat of 2016, complete with the Russia, Russia,Russia, memes, I also fully expect that should Trump win, or should Dementia Joe win, that might just be the catalyst to kick off the second civil war.. I’m not looking forward to 2024..

Just for context, Google says FOX news revenue is just over $12billion last year.

So this pay out is approximately 6.5-6.6% of one years revenue. They wont skip a beat.

Personally I don't see a problem here.

Fox got whacked hard. Maybe not enough to slow them down with their deep pockets but it isn't over yet. They still have one other major lawsuit to settle or go to trial. The Smartmatic lawsuit (2.7 B) may cost them another billion.

Then there's the idiots that jumped on Trumps stolen election train who will have their day in court also. The 3 people outside of the Fox suit are probably a little worried right now.

Then there's Trump himself who was leading the stolen election charge. There's going to be some fallout there also. I don't think 1A is going to save his ass. Fox has already abandoned that defense. It's a little like yelling fire in a theater. You probably have a right to do that but the civil penalties may be yuge.
