SAC Tactical Essential Handgun Skills Course, Boise ID, 11-May-2023

SAC Tactical is delighted to announce that we are conducting a one-day Essential Handgun Skills Course at a relatively new facility called the Double Tapp Range in Boise Idaho on Thursday 11-May-2023. Registration is limited. This eight-hour course covers essential defensive skills that goes beyond the basics of concealed weapon permit classes. Round count is approximately 300+. Cost is $210.00. Class begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. For returning SAC Students, the drills we cover will be adjusted for the student's current skill level. This class focuses on the defensive handgun and its deployment in a concealed carry environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn this vital skill. I look forward to training with you in Boise.

Additionally, SAC Tactical will be conducting two related classes, an Essential Lowlight Handgun Skills Course the day after the Essential handgun Skills Course and an Essential Carbine Skills Course the day after the lowlight handgun class. Both the Essential Lowlight Handgun Skills Course and the Carbine Essential Skills Course will also be taught at the Double Tapp Range in Boise. I will post separate posts for both in the appropriate forum.

A quick update: I completed this class and a lowlight handgun class in early May. Both were well received. At the suggestion of my hosts, I will be back to Boise this fall and will teach a one-day fighting revolver class and a one-day "backup gun (think S&W Shield/Glock 43/Sig P365) class. Please stay tuned for additional details. For planning purposes, the fighting revolver class will be 14-September-2023 and the backup gun class will be 15-September-2023.

I will also teach a one-day Pistol caliber carbine (PCC) class on the 16th of September.

The range I used, Double Tap Range, is a great facility and I look forward to returning. See you in September!
