Has there been any trend of problematic CCW shootings that shows a need for an "appropriate level of skill"?
I took John Holschen's course last year and can testify that knowing when to STOP is harder than it may seem. Same thing with John Hearne's Cognitive Pistol (but we made it almost through the 2nd day before anyone had a "bad shooting). Cognitive overload is a real thing and I now have MUCH more sympathy for cops who don't hit as often as I think they should in a gunfight.
