I’ve never heard of it, but a powder that shoots well in .223 sounds a bit fast for those two rounds.
Great price! Tactical is a little fast for the calibers you listed, so I wouldn't look for the highest velocities but you should get milder recoil.
It looks like it has a similar burn rate between H335 and 8208XBR so you may be able to extrapolate some info from Hodgdon's reloading center.
