Or they'll implement something else that skirts around the issue. Just like when their initial AWB was overturned. Or they won't even try to work around it and pass the same thing again only to be re-challenged. Easy for them, since they work with taxpayer money.

Yep. A few years back they passed a law that required some of the background check fee to go to “violence prevention studies”, so in effect you were supporting Gun control every time you bought a gun.
