    To slow or usable? Mostly looking at 150gr at 2800fps

    I haven't loaded for M1 Garand for many years, so sorry I can't answer your question..but back then I used the Sierra loading manual as it had a special section for loading M1 ammo. You might check there if you an find a copy.

    I found some data and reported usage of 748 on the CMP forum, but not 760. I'd stick with M1 specific data.

    Hodgdon has a page just for the Garand. It lists several powders, but 760 is not one of them.
