One thing I should mention is: if you want fixed belt loops, say so! I assumed that was how the SME was done, and mine has snaps.
Looks like mine might be sometime next year than... (June 2017 order)

Awesome. Hoping to get mine soon. I did reach out last year and change the G17 to a 1911 since I'm all hammer guns for AIWB now.

Sure. I'm not a great photographer like you and I just found out the lens on my cell phone is cracked, but here they are:

Thanks @Jay585. Lots of times I wish my SME had snaps, as my belt has a hard time threading into the fixed loops

I fully concur re the utility of snaps v a solid loop re:

    1 easier on/off
2 micro adjusts to a wider set of belt loops on individual styles/models of pants
3 goes on/over a wider variety of belts and their respective thicknesses

    Great Looking Holster!!!

Mines been kicking ass at its job for 3-4ish years and still looks 90% new. Well worth the original wait time.

Yours also looks brown? I thought black was the only option?

I have fixed loops on mine because they’re lower profile. Also, the SME is a holster and a work of art. I’ve owned a couple highly touted leather AIWB holsters and IMO the SME is on another level. My only hesitation in buying another SME is the ride height as it’s not adjustable. If it rides at the same height as the SME P30, I’d pay the 2 bills and wait 5 years. However, my G17 SME rode too low and I had to sell it, which worries me about other Beretta SMEs since you never see them.
