To the best of my knowledge, it's just canceled.
are they keeping the same slots we allready signed up for for november or re register?
I was at the NRA range last week and Rick and Debbie told me they planned to just use the same roster/squads as the cancelled October 30 match for the November 27 match. I am not sure if they have spoken to the Match Director or SO's to confirm. But they told me they would be trying to do the cancelled IPSC match on NOv 12 and the cancelled KSTG match for Nov 27 and they would call everyone to confirm their slots.

Debbie asked me Friday about using the same time slots for the November match. I'm going to run it past the rest of the match staff to see what everyone thinks.
I spoke to the range today. We're going to start from scratch for this month's match, with signups beginning next Monday. I'll start a new thread.
