    Shooting fashion?

Are Salomons still a dead give away of "I shoot?" Asking for a friend.

Neutral color or black plus jeans? Yes.

Normal colors paired with something like Eddie Bauer guide pants? No.

I've had good luck with the Oboz shoes I've purchased...Bridger, Sawtooth, etc...though I'm not sure if they are still the same company today as they were a few years back when I bought most of the pairs I own.

I've always been curious about Salomon, and was just thinking yesterday to try out a pair when next I need to replace my current shoes.

Not sure what to look at in the Salomon line. I like arch support, stability and durability for walking on gravel a lot.

I have a pair of Salomans because I caught a really good deal at the Cabelas clearance table.

After you live with it for a while, let us know whether you still like it. I have a bunch of Salomons and wish they had regular laces.

Also, their rubber is slippery as fuck on wet wood, rock, and concrete.

I recently switched to Adidas Terrex. So far I believe they are the best in terms of support especially for a long day. There are many different models. I found these ones work the best for me :

Salomon are fine for the first month. They die super fast though.

Can’t do Saloman’s, way too narrow for wide feet. I bought these Saucony’s, much, much better for me.
