Why can't S&W do away with the stupid safety lock. All nice specimens. I would acquire more if they would do away with the cursed lock.

Are these the same grips? https://us.nill-shop.com/Replacement...n-rounded-back

Does it interfere slightly with speedloaders? The closed back Karl Nill SW039 that I have featured in my earlier post ever-so-slightly interfere with the Safariland Comp-2. They still work, but if you look closely you can see a small gouge in the wood where the problem is self-correcting itself

This thread persuaded me that I needed to carry my 3” M10 for a few days. I went to the range to reacquaint myself with the gun and did Givens’ Short Combat Accuracy Test cold except for switching ammo. Scored 125.2; the floor for “Advanced” is 125.1.

    Yes, those are the grips.

I thought I had some speedloaders here but I guess they are all at the farm. All I have are speedstrips handy.

Hard to capture in a picture but I would guess it will be……tight. I wish these were just a touch thinner.

Just 'cause you're carrying a retro blaster doesn't mean you need to use retro ammunition.

I can explain it to you. I can’t understand it for you.

Unfortunately, all my fixed-sight retro blasters are regulated for retro ammo. My M67-1, however, is zeroed for 130-grain Ranger Bonded.

I haven't researched what the sights on the 547 were regulated for, but 124gr +P shoots close enough to POA at 7-10yds that I'm assuming it was typical NATO ball type loads.

One of my bucket list revolvers. I’ve wanted one since the store I was working had one pass through when I was broker than hell.

I seem to recall finding the speedloaders is like a chicken lip search.
