    They're both Ahrends. They're just smooth combats. They're fine on a .38 but it starts to get squirrelly when I used them on a magnum without finger groves.

    I'm sad he closed down. I should bought a half dozen sets of grips.

    +1. On top of making great grips, he was a fine person to deal with. Very much missed.

    This was @TC215's UC gun at his last job. I swapped out the boot grips for Nills, and had Sandy Garrett at NoVA Gunworks do an action job. Melt job and sandblasting was done by Karl Sokol.

    I'm holding onto it for the time being.
