Dr Deb sounds like an amazing human. I know just what her profession demands and have absolute deep respect for it and the ability to maintain a family throughout.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. Just got back from driving to NY for the funeral - pretty much a kick in the sack all the way around, but the 4th Precinct Suffolk County Police Department did a great job escorting the procession, and the local USAF Reservists came through with a fantastic Funeral Honors detail despite cold weather and driving rain. Small details but they meant the world to John and the girls.
Sorry for the late condolences, didn't see this until now. Praying for those she left behind.
