Go ruck had a good hat that had no button, but it was Velcro.
I wear 59fifties, always fitted. I jerk the button off with pliers if I’m going to gun school.

The most comfortable caps I have found have been those made by Black Clover: link.
And remember when demons and beasts cast their darkness, you have God's love - and Browning's wrath - to guide you.
My preference is unstructured, and I curve the brim. I've started to like mesh backs because of FL heat.
I wear a ratty carhartt when needed. I have a structured low/mid crown Salt Life hat that I wear on any normal day.
A hat that doesn't scream "gun dude" but is a hint to those in the know would be nice. I'd love @SpyderMan2k4 to do an Aridus Industries hat something like the centrifuge cap (dont own but it looks good)or a 47brand cap. His logo and stuff usually doesnt scream gun and they're a company I want to support.
Of course any PF hat is a must buy, even if its obly for range days. But that talk is years old.

I figured out these Yupoong/Flexfit 110 Snapback hats were the OEM for a very comfortable Arc'teryx ball cap I really liked.

You have to watch the sizing if you have a fat head or a lot of hair.
I love this fitted hat by notch. #1, they’re actually fitted. #2, none of that mesh, tab strip, or velcro bs. #3, the notch may seem like a gimmick, but it actually works pretty well with my wrap around eye pro sunglasses (outlaw). I chose the plain black, because, not TacticalAF.
