Privateer "Brigand" for the K frame

Now the nicest K frame (19-5) I have ever owned, after a Nelson Ford complete workover to retime it and do his magic on the action, has a holster that is worthy, and I am certain the nicest revolver holster (as in totally useful) I have ever owned.

Wes at Privateer calls this model the "Brigand", it was certainly worth the money I spent (which was not much for a custom maker with his level of quality).

This is my personal Goldilocks' perfect K frame and rig...

    Nice looking combination

The organic shape of revolvers really lends itself to be carried comfortably behind the hip. My m19 in a Ryan grizzle

    Wonderful combination there @fatdog.

What load does that 19 prefer? What’s the carry load?

    Thx

serious carry purposes, 125gr golden saber, it is mid range, about 1250fps, relatively pleasant to shoot, what it is zero'ed for

my favorite practice reload is a 158gr Hitek coated in a 357 case running about 950-1000 fps depending on the batch, 4.5gr Trailboss
