Thanks Tom. Good stuff as always. The interleaving approach to the DOM looks really intriguing. I've been trying to incorporate that concept into my training, after reading the Force Science article on desirable difficulty. I'll give the drill a try.

Regarding shirts over targets - I've done that before, but only T-shirts. Button up shirts, as you suggest, will be easier to work with.
