Once you can do it, change the parameters to make it more challenging.
Going down to 2” circles increases the challenge.
You can either keep the same targets and decrease the par.
Or you can keep the par and reduce the targets.
But doing the same test clean over and over again is just mental masturbation.
Work to a higher standard (than you’re at comfortably) if you’re trying to improve.
Doesn’t matter where you are at. If you’re “comfortable” you don’t improve in training.
