    I've hopped off of the Safariland train and switched to the Blackhawk T-Series (surely a sign that the apocalypse is upon us). That being said, I've done some DIY cordura wraps on Safariland holsters and this new one would be very easy to do. Two halves that bolt together will be way easier to dissasemble than the older 6000/7000 series. If I were adopting the new Safariland vault holster and wanted cordura, I wouldn't pay Safariland the premium with this new design.
    I'd be willing to bet that it is not as chunky in use as it appears in photos. It should be applauded as well that they aligned the hole pattern on this one in a straight drop and finally listened.
