    HK milling by Impact Machine, W. Monroe, LA

    Looks good, haven't mounted anything and shot it yet. Total bill including shipping $324, turn around 4 weeks

    I wonder if they can do an EPS plate with lower sights… hmmm.

    It looks like they didn’t refinish the entire slide - correct? That’s something I’m trying to avoid.

    Yes, horizontal serration top to bottom, I will snap a picture later, front is a Dawson, solid serrated version at my request. I think his default is Dawson fiber optic for the front.

    It looks as if the rear sight is integral to the plate, which sits between "ears" of the remaining slide?

    Yes exactly, any windage adjustment on the irons will have to be with the front sight if needed.

    Correct, no visible refinishing.

    They told me that because of the HK lightening cuts it was only possible to employ 3 of the 4 screws they use when they mill some other slides for this type of plate. Not enough metal to make use of the 4th screw hole where it is placed in their plate. I say no big deal, most plates are held on with only two anyway.
