Holosun 507 Competition: Large Window / CRS Sight

I shot a dueling tree (eight 5" plates at 10 yards or a little bit more) today. It's two shooters shooting and whoever can put all 8 plates on their opponents side wins. It's a lot of fun and it adds stress which is great.
I used my G34.5 with the 507Comp using the 8" horseshoe only. It worked quite well as it got me into the semi-finals. I really like that optic and reticle.
After the match I ran a few rounds thru my G45 with an EPS and also my G47 slide with a gen 1 509T. Looking at the 10" or 12" gong at 50 yards, the gen 1 509T glass sucks compared to the EPS and the 507Comp. I hope Holosun brings out an updated 509T in the near future that equals or surpasses the EPS in glass quality.

You really need to try a V2 509T. The glass is much better. Not as good as the 507 Comp, but much better that the v1 of the 509T.

I have the same issues with the 507 comps. Sample of 18 units for me personally. Others don't have the same problem with same units

I am shorter but stocky so I figured it would. But def eps carry for me.

I've held off on listening to other review videos and such.

I've had mine since June 8th and put a good 800 ish rounds though mine mounted on a Walther PDP. I'm working on a review for Shooting Illustrated dot com and in fact just submitted my draft and photos.

This bad boy and the SRO are what I have the most time on. It gets points for not overhanding in front of the base like the SRO and obviously the cost factor. While technically the HS507COMP has the bigger window, I really don't think it matters all things considered.
